This is definitely a 5 star hotel. The staff was pleasant and professional, the room was lovely and it is conveniently located. I highly recommend it!

Staff were excellent and the facilities were clean throughout
There was a little noise from the adjoining rooms and outside corridor when other guests were moving around, we felt the sound proofing wasn’t great, but it didn’t affect our stay.
Would stay here again, next time we are in Rome

The location is highly convenient, and the service is exceptional. However, the Wi-Fi speed could be improved.

Excellent Customer Service! Staff greets and cares! Well Done!
Helped me with bags to my room, arranged airport transportation on late night arrival and 4am departure, knew my name, offered maps and suggestions for local food and site seeing, packed a take away breakfast for my early departure. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with everything that Hotel ISa has provided us. The entire team is incredibly professional, very attentive, friendly and very caring.
The friendliness and attention they have towards us is impressive. I travel all over the world and I have never been treated so well. The owner of the hotel kindly offered us a sparkling wine on the night of our arrival.
Thank you very much to Hotel ISA for everything. We will definitely be back together on our next trip to Rome.

Older property but well appointed and maintained. Walkable to many monuments. They have a nice breakfast buffet and eggs/omelet/pancake station. Hotels in Rome are very pricey, in general but this hotel is a good value. We booked the twin standard and were lucky to get room 508 (top floor) facing the street. Nice rooftop bar. However, they do not serve dinner. Try Vida Restaurant around the corner and you're all set.
