We loved the Hotel della Conciliazione. It was so clean and so comfortable. We would definitely love to come back and stay again. We highly recommend it!

Disappointed in the front desk. Claimed we used items in the mini bar that we did not. Did not give us cups and refill coffee in room. Only for 1st day. Drain in tub was stuck, called and was not fixed just removed from tub. Changed locks on room door and did not let us know. Have to go to front desk to have keys recorded. Would not stay again!.

This hotel staff were all verry freandly.
The rooms were nice and clean. The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Vatican. Ourside of the hotel are atleast 4 restaurants all of them were verey good and reasonably priced.
