The staff was super awesome, helpful, and very friendly. Hotel rooms were clean and maid service was great. The location was perfect, tons of restaurants and shops, walkable to many attractions and the taxi stand was steps away. Surprisingly for as loud as the crowds were outside in the piazza, it wasn't a distraction w/ the windows closed. The breakfast that was included in our hotel stay (from the restaurant around the corner) was good and had a decent selection. We were on the 2nd floor, the only issue was that we could clearly hear the people next door talking and the people above us walking around, talking, closing & opening their door and there was a constant water flushing and running above us throughout the nights. We mentioned it to the hotel staff and they seemed surprise to hear this. Thank you to all of the hotel staff for making it a pleasant stay, we appreciated your help and attention.

In your room the bathroom was completely renovated a few months ago and the bathroom in the adjacent room is expected to be renovated soon. The renovation will provide greater soundproofing of the walls. As for the doors, they were all replaced last year with brand new soundproof doors.The windows are also triple glazed and when they are closed they can completely cover the noise coming from the square. Dear Guest, We are really sorry about your experience in our Hotel, ever if you didn't leave any comment to give us the opportunity to understand the reason. We can see that you stayed in one of our Double rooms with Pantheon view on the 4th floor, the room has two windows overlooking the beautiful monument (frontal view!) and the windows have double glazed glass to keep the noises outside.
