Great central property within walking distance ( some may take 20 min or so) of key sites. Near good restaurants and taxi rank. When coming back to Rome this would be the area I would look to stay if seeing the sites. Host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our weekend.

One of the best places we have stayed at - great rooms and location, with exceptional care shown by the staff throughout our stay - make sure you talk to them about recommnendations for places to eat!

We stayed in October 2024, two adults and one 12 year old in a one bedroom apartment - one private bedroom with full bath upstairs and a pull out couch with a full bath downstairs. Since it was a week in Rome, this was a wonderful way to spend it - instead of being in a cramped hotel room this was a real apartment. Very clean. The cleanliness of bathrooms is key for us and they both looked very new and clean.
There is no daily maid service (but you can pay for it if you want). They did refresh the towels and empty the waste baskets a couple of times, which was all we needed.
If you need an ironing board, just ask for it. (I should have asked for a microwave but didn't realize I could have, this is my own fault because there is a notice in the room states that all you have to do is ask.) The kitchen is fine for keeping leftovers and heating them up the next day.
There will be noise at night, but I would say it is typical of any busy area in any city in the world.
The location can't be beat - a charming cobblestone street with great restaurants nearby, walkable to just about any neighborhood in the city you would want to visit.
The people at the desk were always very friendly and helpful. Hi Suite is a total win!
I will recommend this place to anyone staying in Rome. ps Do yourself a favor and get out of the city for a day if you have time, we had a great beach day at Anzio.

The unit was extremely small. The decor was outdated. Online images looked way better than in person. We heard everything from Outside. We decided to check out after 2 nights (we booked for 4 nights) to go to a different hotel. HiSuite Rome would not even give us a partial refund. Very disappointing. Won’t stay here ever again.

Dear Andy, we are really sorry and surprised to receive your low vote and so bad review. You booked a Suite Deluxe (45mq on two levels) for 3 people. We refurnished them three years ago after the covid, so they probably are even better than the pictures. Knowing that this typology was too small for you or that you didn't like it, we could show you a Two bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment, but you never mentioned it. You just told us that something came up and you have to leave, not that you didn't like the accommodation and give us the possibility to fix this. We are always reachable and is better to complain while you are here, so we can find a good solution for both side, rather than received a bad review a month later when we can not do anything. We are a small property so we can afford refund so last minute, as you know per our policy. Hope to hosting you again in a bigger apartment to change your mind about HiSuiteRome.
