The property is easy to find and the area around it its great, lots of great stores and restaurants. Very walkable to the main attractions. However, we never saw any staff members and the cleanliness wasn't the best. Keep in mind the elevator is VERY small only fits 2 people and if you have big luggage only one person fits. Check in and check out is very easy and the communication with them via email is pretty smooth.

The location was great, however, the unit was less desirable for the money we paid. Both bathrooms leaked. The pics on the website look way better than it actually was in person. The transportation and check-in service was good.

Our room was a large 2bedroom suite and we had a lot of room. The staff was wonderful and helpful! There is so much shopping and so many restaurants in the area which is all very walkable. Not too far from the Colosseum or Vatican or Trevi Fountain. It seems we were pretty centrally located. The elevator is very small and slow, so we climbed the stairs except when moving our luggage. The only issue we had was our coffee maker didn't work and they weren't able to get us a replacement during our short 2 night stay. Very small property with only 10 rooms, so the staff is attentive and welcoming. They also have a car service that picked us up at the airport, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is perfect. The room was nice, clean and the bedding was very good. The only drawback was lack of a decent closet the hotel staff were excellent

This was our third time staying here. The amenities have been cut way back. As an example. No Facial Tissues, water was limited. Bath amenities were scant. The hand soap were like big M and M’s. No hand or body cream. In the past all the amenities were great. Don’t think we will return next year!!!

I am sorry that our service did not match your expectations but a lot of things have changed during the years, we are always willing to improve our service. I am surely changing the size of the soap but I can assure you we never had body cream, always have had and still have shampoo and soap. I am sorry that you won't be back because of the size of the soap. I hope you appreciated the central location, the free daily cleaning service and the constant assistance.Otherwise I really hope to see you soon :)
