the stay was good, check-in and check-out was awkward as there is no physical person to speak with and Hotels.com only manages certain aspects of the process.

Awesome room ! Equipment is brand new, everything is cleaned, nice toiletries in the bathroom everyday, mini bar included, great location close to everything on walking distance, in a very popular shopping street yet very calm, plenty of options to eat around, and the people working there are very helpful, I’ll come back for sure !
