Room was clean with very strong air con. The owner Pietro was very kind and helpful, will definitely recommend.

this is not a hotel, just an independent room in a b&b type place. need to open 3 locked doors to go to your room.
fairly close to vatican city, but not so close to Rome central.
almost ~10mins to nearest metro station.
found it very hard to get taxis from the room, limited help from the b&b host.

Pietro was so helpful!!! A great place to stay if you are just looking for an easy and cheap option while in Rome. I will definitely come back!

Great, inexpensive hotel to stay in Rome. It was a little tricky getting in, but once we figured it out, it was easy. Because these rooms are in some kind of an apartment building, you have to ring in. The concierge was not there at the time that we arrived, so we were a little confused about the whole process. We ended up ringing in another 'hotel' and got help from him and he guided us in. Everything was further complicated because our call was not going through (we're from the USA), so trying to reach the hotel was frustrating.

A gem near the vatican,

Its staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
We will definitely stay there again.

The property is close to Vatican city. The main bed mattress is too soft
