Great location and super comfortable. Nice little balcony with delightful view of our walkable street. Close to everything! Felt cared for by the host. It couldn't have gone any better. Would definitely stay again.

Domus Spagna Frattina was a great space to call home. Great location. Restaurants close. Morning Coffee & roll or sandwich to carry out or enjoy at counter or table. Taxi area just a 3 min walk. Our room on 4th floor. There is a tiny lift very helpful if you’ve got luggage. Bathroom spacious. Area for tea/coffe & small refrigerator for beverages. Luca the prop mgr prompt, helpful. Arranged my car pic up for transport to airport - very reasonable & reliable too. My room had a french balcony I really enjoyed. Quiet in the evenings. Safe. I would highly recommend.

Great location in the center of Rome. Hotel is on 4th-5th floor of an apartment building, but there is a very small elevator. Property manager Luca was very friendly and helpful. You’ll need to make arrangements beforehand to receive keys as this is not a staffed hotel. A/C worked well; however we did have a small water leak during a rain storm. Overall pleasant experience.

The AC wasn’t working, we were provided a fan, the garbage can in the bathroom wasn’t emptied prior to our arrival, the bed & pillows were not comfortable, the room was on the 4th floor & the lift wasn’t working when we got there. That issue was remedied quickly though, the room was much smaller then anticipated. The staff was accommodating though so that was a plus

Really amazing hotel room with beautiful balcony views and a little fridge, three blocks from the Spanish Steps and close to the Trevi Fountain so we were able to visit both everyday. I would definitely stay here again as check in was easy and so was checkout (just leave the keys on the counter when you leave). They were also able to call a car for us on the day we left that took us straight to the airport really early in the morning, it was 75 Euros cash and the driver was early and helped us with out luggage. The bed itself was comfy (and there was even a cute little space to hang out and read and look out the balcony!

Do you know why the streets of Rome are so clean? Read on…there is no on site staff or service, which would be fine if there was a commitment to service. After sending multiple unanswered emails and hang ups when we called directly, we checked in after an 1.5 wait outside the property with all of our luggage. Once we were checked in, we were shown our room. It was small but manageable. We had paid extra for a balcony which we discovered fit two people standing only. There were flower pots filled with cigarette butts. All of this was not amazing but manageable. Then the AC stopped a few mins after got there. The staff person was still on site so we asked and he said it would be on in 10 minutes. We went out and when we came back the staff person was still there and said he was waiting on the AC technician - on a Saturday night at 10pm? Doubtful. We went to bed and left the balcony window open. During the night the garbage trucks, the recycling trucks and the street cleaner cleaned up the streets of Rome under and near our room 😂 Since the first night we did not see or hear from a staff person. We emailed 3 times, asking for an update, a fan and to advise the wifi was not working with no response. after multiple calls someone answered the phone and said they would be at the property in 20 mins. We did not see anyone.I have never left a review but this hotel (or whatever it is) is madness. We haven’t slept in 2 nights. Btw the elevator fits 1. Location is 5 stars.

Loved this boutique hotel. The room was bright and cheerful. It even had a small balcony. The internet didn’t work well. That was the only negative thing I can say about the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was a clean environment and we were near a variety of attractions. We had a couple bumps in the road such as the WiFi information being outdated and a couple leaking windows. The room was pretty small but it was just big enough for a short stay. We were happy that they allowed us to store our luggage. It was overall a good experience.

I enjoyed my stay in the sense that I had a refrigerator, hot water, WiFi, and access to an elevator. The location was also prime, the room was decorated nicely, and the property staff was friendly. I must note, however, that there are wood ceilings in the room which I thought were charming but unfortunately small rock pebbles would fall into my room from the people walking above. I also dealt with ants and there was a slight mildew odor in the room. Overall, I would say that my stay was average.

Loved this property! Roberto was very responsive when I had questions about check in to ensure the process was smooth. He even made an exception and allowed me to check in early when I arrived early. This location is very close to the shopping areas, restaurants, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It was also close to our tour meetup locations, so everything worked out perfectly. During our stay, it’s mostly pleasant and quiet. Highly recommend!

Once they give you a key you wont or cant get ahold of them. If I wanted to rent an airbnb I would have done so. They dont respond until over 24hrs later. Check out is at 10am and the only reason I was able to store my luggage when I checked out was because they have an amazing cleaning crew.

Ok hotel located close to everything
The accomodation was alright. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. However, the 4 days 3 nights was lacking hot water. On the 3rd night, we had a brown out. One of the managers came over to fix the outage. After fixing, one of the guest asked when hot water will be turned on? Manager replied saying it's been fixed and hot water should be on. After manager left, we tried the hot water. No hot water came out. Manager lied! Location was EXCELLENT! it was walking distance to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, high end stores and upscale restaurants.

Not the best experience
Ooof.. I really did not like this hotel. The AC in our room must have broke because there was a floor unit that had a tube out the terrace door. This meant the door next to our bed didn’t close all the way and I couldn’t walk to the bed- I had to climb in from the foot or over my partner. I also always had a weird warm breeze on my upper body but cold on my feet because of the placement of the unit. We also couldn’t use the terrace that was there because of the unit. We paid for this room because of the terrace. The terrace itself was super small. The photos showed a terrace with chairs but this terrace was so narrow you could only stand. The WiFi didn’t work and there wasn’t anyone to contact about it. Actually there wasn’t anyone there to contact about anything. They worked super odd hours and their phone was not connected during their off hours. There is an elevator which was a plus but beware, it is SMALL and super narrow. I get that is common across countries in Europe but just a warning, you cannot have two people and 2 luggage’s in at once. You have to go one at a time. The doors to the elevator are also strange and you need to make sure you have enough room to open the because the open inward. Overall, not the best experience.
