Bad experience
Posted 17 Feb 2020 on HotelsThey don't respond to phone , i have to call to hotels .com , after that they call me back . No reception , a lady guide me to a room by phone and surpize , room was dirty and not ready for guest , she insist that the room is ready . I stay 2 nights in another room , nobody came to clean or make the room .In the room was very cold after night , noisy place from outside .

However, for that reason, we gave you a triple room by upgrading your reservation for free as to apologize for the inconvenience. For the check-in, we introduced the smart check-in that let us open all the doors by a click. It's just technology.

Molto pulito, in posizione ottimale e seppure la colazione bisogna farla in un bar, praticamente sotto l'affittacamere, merita perché eccellenti cornetto e buoni capuccini.

Posted 5 Apr 2019 on HotelsLocalização muito boa, de fácil acesso principalmente para quem quer visitar o Vaticano. Perto do metrô, trem e comércio.
O Atendimento do funcionário foi excelente sempre disponível a nos ajudar, e dar boas dicas da cidade. Vito o nome dele, muito educado e amigável, café da manhã é feito um uma cafeteria perto do hotel, muito boa mas é somente um capuccino e um cornetto que estão inclusos na diária, o único ponto negativo que não há recepção como em hotel, e pontos limitados para check-in, do mais tudo excelente! 😃
