It is a very cosy and quiet place in the heart of Rome and only 15 min away from Termini.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged pick up from the airport and drop off. The food was very delicious and quite diverse.
The rooms were cleaned every day and there was soaking and plain water in the fridge. Aside from this, there was coffee and tea.

Deseo Hotel is very clean. They have good breakfast as well. But when I checked in, they didn't give us two twin beds as I requested in my booking
They blamed Expedia for not confirming it to them. We have no choice but to take the one double bed room. Also, unfortunately, I was victimized by an organized criminals in Rome and took my wallet leaving me penniless. When I get back to the hotel to ask for help to find me the nearest police station so I can file a report. They don't know it, but after looking at the internet they gave me an address which was very far. I went but the address they gave me was closed. After 4 hours of looking for a police station, I finally found one which was literally a block away from Deseo. I mean, I thought they should know important information like the location of police station especially knowing that Rome is the hub of theives.

This hotel staff was excellent and were so helpful. It was very conveniently located . I would definitely stay here again !

The check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great. They helped schedule a transport to the airport.

Nice place especially the front desk. He is very helpful, the best part of our stay. I gave it a four for the following reasons: 1. we don't have a kettle in the room and that's really not convenient for us. 2. The first day we checked in the room was little dusty but the second day the cleaning was good. Have to mention their breakfast was good. Love it, with salad etc. Very balanced.
