Clean nice room and lovely host!

Beautiful clean room. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He even gave us map and pointed out all the places to see and best places to eat. He even gave our children little gifts. It was a very pleasant stay.

The property is clean, the host kristiano is kind and accomodating. The property is near ro restaurants and public transportation.

Enjoyed the change from Hotel setting. Owners very nice and handled whatever was needed quickly. Could have used luggage stand and surplus of towels. Location was fabulous for Hop on hop off bus and restaurants, groceries etc. safe area

The hotel was more like a B&B not what you would consider a hotel. Room was small. The host did accommodate when we needed something.

Beautiful place and received with a warm welcome. Very clean and friendly hosts. Locating very close to the colosseum. Highly recommend.

Excellent location for accessing the historical centre of Rome. Responsive and clear communication from the hosts, both pre-arrival and on-site; also provided helpful hints for the visitor. Property and amenities were as advertised. Good value for money.
