The hotel itself was basic but nice, a bit away from the centre of rome but walkable - had to get a taxi back at night so bare in mind when booking. I am disappointed however that i had not been informed they would be doing maintenance/construction work in the hotel - I was assured it would be completed on the first day I stayed, as it was happening right next to my room, yet they carried on for another day, and I did not feel they listened to my complaint. There were also basic amenities I would expect that they didn't provide, e.g. only gave us one shower towel for a 2 person room. Good hotel and the staff were welcoming, but wouldnt rush back unfortunately. Love Rome though!

The hotel is located 20' waling distance from the Termini and another 25' walking to the monuments (Spanish steps and Fontana di Trevi). You will find dinner options around the hotel. The day we arrived Carlos was at the front desk and he was very welcoming, he offered an upgrade to the room we had booked and gave very useful recommendations. It was very nice to meet him! We loved the hotel after that warm reception. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom updated and clean and we had even a balcony. The whole experience was very good and we would repeat without hesitation.

The staff was very friendly and the room was wonderful. We had a balcony on the water with a view. It was clean and updated and was a nice experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a car and the staff parked it for us. Very steep getting in and out so they didnt hesitate to do it for us.
The BEST breakfast Ever!! On the terrace overlooking water view. Tons of pastries, Eggs, Bacon, Cappucino. We had no complaints about this hotel

This place is awesome, its tucked away in a neighborhood in the main part if Rome and as long as you are ok with 20-40 minutes walks (2 km - 5 km)… you can pretty much walk to any place within an hour. If you are not a walker, you can easily access the metro train or the bus. The AC isn’t as good as I would have wanted, but honestly that is just me being used to American AC, I have been all over Europe and for what they are used to when it comes to ACs - it is totally fine.
The staff are also all very kind and helpful with any questions you may have or anything you might need.
