Brilliant stay! Hotel and room very clean. Staff were very helpful and someone there to help majority of the time.
Would definitely stay again if returning to Rome

Coffee service Outlet not working. Shower had leak from ceiling light. Bedside light not working. Refrigerator was plugged into wrong outlet. Ruined what we bought. Pillows mushy. Never rec’d the wine or room upgrade. We reported to front desk about issues. They were never addressed.
