Wonderful service and breakfast was amazing. Very quaint and clean. Air conditioned, but the breeze with open windows was comfortable in sept. Highly recommend.

This place is small but excellently maintained. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Check in is super easy no matter what time you arrive. The terrace areas make it really easy to relax in the outdoors. The metro station is right outside the doors too. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is a small hotel, maybe 5 or 6 rooms. It's a little bit out of the way, but it is very convenient to the metro. The room was small but everything was clean and worked. We enjoyed the breakfast on the balcony and in the evenings there was a balcony where we could sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The reception area was not staffed all day, but it didn't cause us any problem, just something to keep in mind if you are arriving after hours.

Do not stay here. Bad part of town and extremely poor building. Less than professional staff. I left and found a different hotel.

Great breakfast , staff, but air conditioning was not working. No screens on windows or electric fan offered as a work around.

My husband was not able to go through to many steps to our room and the beds a little hard.

Dear guest, our property is at floor 4 and 5 of an ancient building. There is an elevator, but some steps are to climb up to reach the fifth floor. We surely understand that guests with mobility restrictions need specific locations. I am very sorry that our guesthouse does not meet the necessities of disable guests.

Clean nice rooms Close to Metro

Well our flight got delayed and going through customs in Italy took like 2 hours. Even though we emailed hotel we were late we didn't know we were gonna get there almost 2 am. We suggest hotel writes in their website to download the wasupp application to contact them in emergency. That way there is better communication and late arrival arrangements can be made. We had to pay taxi driver to call owner as we didn't have international service nor we didn't know about wasupp app. At the end thanks to taxi driver we were able to communicate with owner and everything was ok. Overall we loved our room, the service and location. We will definitely love to rent again in our future travels.
