Really amazing place to stay next to colosseum. Great view of colosseum, tones of restaurants nearby, spacious ( in EU standards) , great for a family of 4, very clean and modern, all utensils available if some one wants to cook. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Arrived with two young kids on a Friday night.
Great location, old but clean apartment, expensive but smooth check in, overall it looked promising.
Then I ended up staying there freezing and shivering for two nights.
The story is long and I suggest you check it on google as there is not enough characters allowed here.
DO NOT LET THE GREAT LOCATION FOOL YOU, unless you are cool with being left frozen in the cold or hot in the summer.
Also all what Expedia did was to say “ We are sorry”
Nothing else and have been a gold member for years.

Dear Nick,we are writing to you to apologize again for the issue experienced with the heater from the second day of your stay, for which we immediately reimbursed 2 of the 3 nights of your booking.The heater manages both hot water and radiators and unfortunately it went on reset mode while you were out of the apartment. The reason why we asked you to reset it was to give you the easiest and fastest remote assistance.We would like to remind you that the apartment is also provided with 3 AC converter units in each room, which is an alternative system for heating the apartment as you know having used it as well.We are truly deeply and sincerely sorry. We came to the apartment, we reset the heater both the first and the second time it happened and we reimbursed 2 of the 3 nights of your stay.The apartment overlooks the Colosseum area, is newly refurbished and renovated, it has one of the most beautiful views in Rome, and we work everyday to avoid issues, but when they happen, we are always at our guests’ disposal and offer assistance and resolutions.Unfortunately, heaters sometimes can have this type of issue with water pressure. All of our apartments are continuously under control and we do a huge work of maintenance to assure all of properties are ready for hosting our guests.Thank you for taking the time for leaving your feedback, we hope you will give us another chance in the future and will be our guest again.Amazing Suite Rome team
