This should be listed as a hostel and not a hotel. The bed is horrible, you can feel every spring in the mattress. It says no smoking but our room smelled very intensely of cigarettes as well as a jar of butts on the window seal. We were provided no towels and when asked for a towel the host argued that we had them in the room. The bathroom is across the hall so not very “private” and there is zero hot water. I got a partial refund for how horrible our stay was. Do not recommend!

The bathroom is across the hall. The toilet seat was broken and you could tell it had been painted white to match. The shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. There was barely any hot water. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. There was mold all around the shower and under the non-slip mat. The bedroom door frame was damaged. And the bedding was old and full of holes. Don’t stay here. It is a total scam.

Sconsiglio vivamente di non andare mai nessuno in questo posto . Se avete bisogno di parlare con qualcuno non ci saranno mai. Al centralino ci sarà una persona scortese è incomprensibile

Salve, ci dispiace si sia trovato male. Abbiamo a disposizione 2 numeri di telefono in italiano e inglese ( di cui uno attivo h 24/7), email e quant’altro. Per le comunicazioni avrebbe potuto utilizzare questi contatti. Come indicato siamo una struttura con self check-in e le persone sono autonome, questo ci permette di mantenere dei costi di gestione più contenuti e vendere le camere ad un prezzo più accessibile, come nel suo caso ad esempio

Sänky erittäin huono nukkua ja natisi, kaipaisi uusimista. Melko äänekäs , kuten oli odotettavissakin. Hinta ei kohdannut laatua.
