My second time at Albergo Santa Chiara , central location, excellent staff , very helpful, the room was nice as was the breakfast, will visit again if in Rome .

Front clerk failed to mention that breakfast was not complementary and then charges double for the two days we were there!
No wash cloths…no shampoo or conditioner
Not friendly staff

No conditioner is among our complimentary bath set, but the shampoo yes and if you do not want to use the Shower/Shampoo we provide, we have always some sample only shampoo to offer our guests, as well as bar soaps. For Brerakfast, when not included it is also specified by our breakfast room staff, so a double check to make sure it is clear that there will be a charge. Grazie e Arrivederci

This property is in an excellent poison only a few steps from the Pantheon and numerous restaurants. Staff were magnificent and the breakfast choice is superb. Special shout out to housekeeping for their professionalism
