We did not stay at this hotel. When we got there, there was no one at reception, we had to go to cafe next door to get key and when they opened the door to one of the rooms, the knob fell out of the door. And where it was located we did not feel safe. We did not feel anyone would be capable of helping us get a ride to the airport, so we stayed at a hotel connected to airport, we had a very early flight and did not want to miss it. This place ahould not be on hotels.com

here was no one at reception because it was closed
reception is has limited time of working as 2 stars hotel requirements and local regulation
no one left you out even reception was closed its not casual we know people come and go at anytime of the day
the place is safe is woudnt we couldnt work anymore
we fell sorry for your disappoint

Mistake booking on price !
Posted 20 Nov 2019 on HotelsI booked for the price .a mistake ! It is not near anything except a gas station ! We did get a sandwich for dinner !There is not a chair in the room ! the shuttle is a joke ! If we could have got out of there we would have ! There was no way to call a cab !

the hotel is 2 stars we dont have restaurant no one told you to eat a sandwich and at last eat a sandwich its not a crime ?!

NO SHUTTLE BUS FOUND AT HOTEL
Posted 16 Nov 2019 on HotelsWe couldn't find the shuttle bus from the airport. None of the service counters had heard of this hotel and no one knew where the shuttle bus was located. A customer service phoned the hotel 3 times; we phoned 3 times and there was no answer. No taxis would take us there because there was a marathon going on in the town.
We ended up at another hotel with a shuttle bus very visible. Since we had bought it through hotels.com at the no-refundable rate, we lost our money and had to pay for the other hotel.

Posted 18 Oct 2019 on HotelsFrom the airport I could not get any shuttle service. What’s worse, the manager simply refuse to apologize for that. Besides it was noisy the whole night because of the gas station which is run with the hotel.

we don't manage the transfer from the airport to our hotel why we wuold apologize for waht ?visit our website its clearly written;
fiumicino city is born around the airport ypu looked fro a place to sleep near the airport here it is we cannot cancel the airplanes
about the gasoline station last month we had a big hurricane strike and the entire wall went down we are workin on and we apologize for that best regarsd the manager
