The hotel photos bear very little resemblance to the actual rooms and facilities. The hotel is shabby, run down and scruffy. I had no mattress protector on my bed. The walls were chipped and scuffed. The communal carpets were mucky and not vacuumed. I felt very unsafe not having a receptionist from 5pm-9am everyday. The usb point in my room did not work. When pointing out these things to the receptionist on my first day I was told that she couldn’t do anything and she’d only been in the job two days so what did I expect her to do. Would not recommend. I feel the photos online are very misleading.

Good position close to via veneto and Metro in a quiet street with restaurants close by. Our shower door fell off but the staff were attentive in getting it fixed. Our aircon was struggling due to the August heatwave but other rooms seemed cooler. Would recommend for the price so long as you don't mind walking up stairs as the lift is installed but not yet authorised.

The elevator is not working, you have to go through 2 sets of stairs to get to the lobby. Other than that it’s ok.

Great room, shame about the acoustics

Our room was beautifully decorated and we loved our stay but sadly we could hear people walking about their room in the early hours and the air condition system was very difficult to control appropriately.
