This property is in a great location, making many attractions and destinations easily walkable. The apartment was clean and spacious. Check in/check out was very easy. They arranged pick up from the airport as well as transportation back to the airport at a very reasonable rate. We would fully recommend .

The location of the flat is safe and convenient, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by poor communication and service. The plug sockets in the property were inconsistent throughout, so we were unable to use our standard two-pin adapter and had to scramble to find a three-pin one before the shops closed. The appliances work only in particular areas which is frustrating.
The online support team was disappointing—unhelpful and robotic. We reached out for assistance to enhance our stay for a special birthday celebration but received no response at all.
Overall, the experience could have been much better if they had been more proactive and attentive.
