I loved alot of things. Food, space, staff. As an interior designer, it was a feast for the eyes.

We stayed here for our last night in Rome before the long journey back to Canada. Unfortunately when we checked in the water was not working so we left for the day without being able to shower. When we returned that evening, our room was very hot as the AC was not working. We had to call several times before we were finally moved to a new room at 1am. Not what we expected from a 4 star hotel with an expensive rate. The room itself was very nice and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, had we not had to change rooms in the middle of the night we would have slept very well. The parking was 50 Euro for one night and there was a 20 Euro fee to use the hotel pool. Both of which other hotels we stayed at in the same rating a fees provide at no extra cost. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to help with the many issues we had. I would not stay here again and we did not feel that we received the value of the stay.

Not convenient to major landmarks. Check in was not smooth at all
