The staff were extraordinary. Santa at the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating to our needs. The manager was friendly and approachable. Expedia said breakfast buffet but it was full serviced meal with unlimited options. Expedia needs to correct the information because it’s misleading when you don’t see the buffet. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Rome.

I really like all the staff service, very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was only 3 blocks away from the train station which was very convenient for us.

The hotel experience was exceptional - the best I've ever experienced ( I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life). The manager (Livio) treated my wife and I like family - he recommended outstanding restaurants, gave us travel directions and catered to our every need - you could not ask for a better hotel stay. The hotel is in a safe and quiet area close to the Roma Termini with awesome classic Italian restaurants around every corner. The breakfast is incredible as well. They have complimentary fresh pineapple/orange juice and cookies available around the clock in the lobby. If you want the best, most economical Hotel in Rome - then stay here.

Amazing! From as soon as we checked in to when we checked out the staff were so amazing, kind and welcoming. The hotel is a great location and is so clean! The breakfast is a dream! I spent this weekend in Rome for the first time for my 25th birthday with my boyfriend and they have made me the happiest person! Highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome. Will always continue to recommend & big shoutout to Frederica who made our stay extra special! Thank you to the team at Varese. Lots of love from us in London!❤️

L’emplacement, le petit déjeuner était de très belle qualité. Facile de marcher dans tout Rome depuis cet emplacement. On y retournera.
