The staff at the hotel are great - super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite, which was large and comfortable. An extra perk was the sauna. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the beds were very low to the floor, which made sitting and getting up/down a little challenging for us.

No hot water at the facility due to solar issue and no alternative application.Boiling water kettle is a good choice, but not for 2 days.

I booked a room with a jacuzzi but unfortunately, the tub was leaking when the jet started running. I found this as soon as i checked in as turning on jacuzzi was the first thing i did. The front desk lady came by and told me there is something going on with the tub and the repair man has to look at it and later told me the tub needs to be dismantled and be inspected with. I asked for the replacement room which they did not have. I asked for the compensation for the jacuzzi not working properly and the next day the management told me it was "probably" me who was not using the tub. Poor customer service / management who blames customers. I am very aware of how to use a jacuzzi tub and when the tub leaks from the underneath, there is a fundamental issue with the tub. Unfortunately nothing was done and paying more than 150 euro was not worth the stay except it was close from the transporation and it was fairly clean. Their desk is open only during limited hours which makes communication quite difficult as well.

The place was near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and was also easy to ride the Metro and bus route, with a lot of food options.
