Outstanding hotel. Staff was amazing. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. Front desk Davide was wonderful. So helpful and genuinely caring. Excellent full morning breakfast. Room was very spacious and large bathroom. Two women traveling made it easy to both get ready at the same time. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome!

Adam at the reception was not nice, he didnt care about the issues we had like cold water, and a glass door that felled on me inside the shower, the beds are too old they are not having any maintenance on the hotel.

Excellent hotel, close to everything, clean and friendly the only reason we have not rated it 5 is due the poor selection at breakfast , were not big eaters but breakfast was very basic and a little boring, processed cheese and tasteless scrambled eggs , we just had toast.

A lovely, smart hotel in an area of high end hotels. Our suite was large with a large bathroom with two sinks and all that we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we were greeted by the friendly staff each morning with "Would you like a coffee?" and we had a hot cappuccino brought to our table while we selected from a great choice of breakfast items.

The staff were lovely, breakfast was great, location was awesome, room was clean and newly renovated. BUT there is nowhere to sit outside and the picture with the chaise loungers in the booking app is NOT an area accessible to hotel guests to be unless you rent that suite on the 7th floor! This was the one big disappointment and this should be clarified by the hotel in their ad and pictures! We booked a hotel where we believed there would be a place to sit outside after a long day of touring and instead discovered that the only place to sit was inside our room (which had one bed (old mattress needs to be replaced) one chair and one stool for the desk) no balconies exist for the rooms. The only public space to sit are 2 chairs in the hotel lobby (very worn down and should be replaced) or limited seats crammed together in a smaller than hotel sized sleep room in the hotel ‘bar’ which is behind the lobby. There are no exterior chairs or places to sit. We were truly disappointed about this! Staff was wonderful at allowing us to check into our room early and we greatly appreciated their willingness to arrange advance transport for ship-hotel and hotel-airport.

Massive room and balcony! Very clean. Super friendly staff. And the included breakfast was really quite good. The mattress was very hard and so sleeping was a little uncomfortable but after walking everywhere (because it is a VERY walkable neighborhood and easy to get to SOOOO many things) we were tired enough that despite the mattress we got our rest.

Booked a double king room. It was so spacious. The shower was huge, which is rare for European hotels. The staff was amazing. Fresh towels and room service daily. Breakfast options at the hotel were very good. The only thing I would say is the bed was not super comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.
