"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "

Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . The only complaint i have its about hot water , the hot water is inconsistent but is not a mayor issue for me"
