I enjoyed my stay at Sapphire. It was close to EVERYTHING! A very nice walkable area to food, clubs, sightseeing, everything. The beach was great as well.

Mostly Perfect Stay- a few issues to address
Posted 18 Apr 2024 on HotelsThis is a wonderful beach club with four intimate suites surrounding a pool. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. Two issues management should easily alter: smoking around the pool is hard to endure when cots are close; and, unnecessary bushes by the pool block the spectacular views of the ocean and sunsets. Instead the property stacks folding cots that, with the bushes deny guests from one main reason for coming to PV - to marvel at the daily sunsets. Please make these adjustments and we will be annual return guests. Gracias!

This is first and foremost a beach club. The rooms are directly in front of the pool. They start playing music at 9am so forget about sleeping in. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and pretty much ignored me. The only good thing is its location - it's on Playa los Muertos in Zona Romantica. Definitely not coming back here.

This was our first time here and it was fabulous! I had no idea that it was a tiny place with only a few rooms. That made us feel lucky and special! Great location with easy walking distance to everything. It's awesome having the restaurant/bar a few feet from your hotel room door! And the beach is literally right there! Chairs with umbrellas were always available. The best part was hearing the booming waves every night! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This location is perfect! Next to the pool and right by the ocean! Staff was wonderful! I will definitely stay there next time I come to PV! I love it!
