"Appartment liegt sehr Zentral hat aber nichts mit einem Hotel zu tun. Der Eingang zur Wohnung führt über einen nicht ansehnlichen Innenhof. Sicher fühlte ich mich in dieser Wohnung nicht. Was auch ärgerlich ist, dass bei der Buchung im Gesamtpreis die Reinigungsgebühr nicht enthatlen war. Mir ist das leider erst nach der Buchung aufgefallen. Somit habe ich ca. 8 Stunden im Appartment verbracht, habe nichts angerührt und habe schlussendlich 65 Euro für die Reinigung bezahlt."

"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "check in and check out was super easy. the staff was so accommodating and super nice. location was walkable to old town. the hotel itself was extremely quiet and super comfortable. the room we stayed in was massive for European standards. absolutely loved every bit of it. we did not do breakfast the couple days we were there, but it smelled fantastic! Will absolutely stay here again!!"
