"We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "

"The property was excellent and top notch. Only one problem that I booked this property specifically because it advertised a pool, only to arrive and find out the pool was closed. This was a disappointment, especially since there was no mention of this in the listing or during the booking process. I would have chosen a different place if I had known. Aside from that, the stay was fine, but not having access to the pool was a letdown. I recommend future guests double-check with the host about...

"We enjoy this hotel. Restaurant is excellent both morning and evening. Staff is helpful and knowledgable. The one glaring downside is the entry locks into the room. The key will work only after much twisting, turning and pulling of the door. We wondered daily if we would be able to get into our room without assistance. We noticed others on our floor with similar issues so not just a one room problem. We will return again but hopefully this issue will get resolved."
