inconvenient to go to other location to pick up Key.
No freezer and refrigerator leaked water on to floor.

Sorry for any inconvenience driving 1 minute to the check-in location. The rooms only have small refrigerators. The water on the floor is usually from condensation. Thanks for your feedback.

Clean, modern accomodation, (“studio type cabin”). Good barbecue and covered shared cooking area. Short drive to supermarket, bottle shop. Check in experience was disapointing, (staff).

Lovely staff - especially Sheree who looked after us at check in. The room was nice at first glance. The toilet wasn’t cleaned (it had remnants of the last guest…) even though it had a slip over its lid to say it had been cleaned. The extra blanket, which was needed, was crumpled up on the floor and shoved in the cupboard. The tap in the bathroom was also loose. Otherwise, it was a nice spot with great facilities such as a camp kitchen and a laundromat.

Roma Stay
Posted 22 May 2024 on HotelsWe had to go to a caravan park to pick up the keys which we were not told about, which after travelling was a bit of a run around. Putting message on a door rather than a quick email was not the best. Other than that it was a comfortable room. It was small but it filled the need and it was quite. It was looking a bit tired too, so maybe a little TLC would be good. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
