Property looks too old, It does not seems what mentioned in expedia

Thank you for your comments. Yes it’s an old property but we have done our best with the limitations that we have to make the rooms liveable for our guests. We remember that you checked in extremely late, but we would have referred you to a different hotel in town if you would have informed us that you were not happy. For us it is not about just making money but to give our guests the best possible amenities that we can offer. We apologize for our property being “too old”.

Property run down room was old equipment is junk TV hardly work just overall a dump not worth it

We are disappointed to read your comments. If you had trouble operating the TV, you could have asked for our assistance. Since you asked to be accommodated in a SMOKING ROOM we normally do not install expensive furniture in any of our Smoking rooms. WE have had a lot of guests who have stayed in that particular room and they had no bad experiences.

Terrible! Do not recommend.
Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsWorst motel stay I’ve ever had. One of the two towels in the bathroom had dirt smeared all over it and was just hanging up. The tub would not drain. Both of the beds had dirty blankets, sheets, and pillows. There were hairs all over all of it. Looks like someone slept in both beds and none of the bedding was removed or washed. I had to go to Walmart and buy blankets and pillows to sleep in the bed because I was so grossed out. The room smelled terrible like smoker had smoked in the room even though I asked for a non smoking room.

We are surprised to read this review as it appears to us that you have mixed up our Motel with some other facility. If, as you claim, you had found all these dirty linen etc in the room, you had every right to approach the front desk to demand a full REFUND, but no one approached us with any complaints. Can you verify that your stayed with us by providing your Expedia Reservation confirmation number and we will GLADLY FULLY REFUND you the amount you had paid to stay with us.We are looking forward to receiving your details as we stand by our motel's motto to provide a Clean and Comfortable stay for all our Guests.

Owners are friendly and live on site. Property is old, but adequate, and price is reasonable
