Love this place. The only downside is people can still smoke anywhere in the casino

There was a need to call Expedia in order to get checked into the hotel. Front desk staff was unwilling to cooperate and had a matter-of-fact attitude. I travel on the road often for business. Therefore, there times when I may not make the 4PM check in. However, I pay for the room in advance. This lady told me that because I missed checkin time they cancelled my room. Even though I paid.

Overall, this is a nice place for a small town. But, compared to others, it is lacking. Would be nice to have a decent restaurant. The bar service is lacking. I have stayed here twice and the front desk staff is not welcoming.

Very large and very nice Casino/Hotel property with a nice selection of restaurants. Staff is very friendly and professional.
