It was an amazing stay! The staff all around was great! Ceyon was hands down the best staff I have ever had at a hotel. Hotel was amazing. Only thing and that goes for the island is food could be a lot better.

The check-in process is wonderful. Everyone is, especially the waitress at the 23 North (Hilton) restaurant. She's fabulous and professional. She made us feel good. The barbecue guys are also nice and very kind to us. And most importantly, the room was very clean 💯% and the girl was very nice. I love that place. Very beautiful! The only thing lacking was the service at the Palapa restaurant. It was so slow I thought they may be getting the food off site? Most of the waitresses had no sense of urgency at all. Even with that restaurant being below par, we would still come back and just be prepared with more groceries. It was very relaxing.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights M-Th. The property is a large gated Villa community and our One Bedroom suite was very spacious. The property was extremely clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. The Palapa restaurant was the only dining option on Monday and Tuesday as the Jerk Hut and 23 North are only open starting Wednesday. We rented a golf cart for $30 per day to assist with getting around the community and was well worth it. We spent the majority of the days on the beach and chairs/umbrellas are set up daily along with clean towels. The service was nice at the restaurant yet a bit on the slower side which we did not mind. The closest convenience store is a 7 min drive and a larger grocery store is about 10-15 taxi drive. If you want food/items delivered to you; you can request the items 72 hours before arrival. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

We enjoyed everything this resort had to offer. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wantes to relax and have fun during their vacation. We loved the big suite, the good food and drinks at both restaurants, the pool, the gym, the shop and the best part was the amazing private beach. The one thing that could have been better is the price. It is a bit pricey.

Grand Isle is a nice quiet resort. The condos are nice, but definitely need some repair and upgrades in certain areas. The staff was friendly, good housekeeping. Restaurant service was quite slow. We were disappointed as the golf course right beside was closed during our stay, and that was one of the main reasons we booked this place. All in all, we would visit again, as long as the golf course is open.
