"Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money. "

"Beaucoup de bruit de la part des voisins à deux heure du matin et impossible de rejoindre le personnel avec tous les numéros fournis. Le lendemain j'ai annuler les deux jours restant à cause du bruit et de la sécurité inexistante la nuit. On m'a indiqué qu'on allait me contacter pour discuter du remboursement mais j'attends encore après plus d'un mois!"

"Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. "This was a lovely, relaxed hotel with lots to do for the whole family. Tennis, golf, driving range, mini golf, volleyball etc and even a mini farm, horse riding and games room. Events such as walks and an outdoor cinema. Great breakfast with local produce, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. My son left his sunglasses behind and they were also kind enough to send them home to us!! "
