Very clean rooms comfortable bed staff was really nice and walking distance from store

This is the only place I've ever stayed where the maid made US take out the trash when inspecting our room so we can get our deposit back. They took our deposit because we smoked in a smoking room. Yes, we lost our deposit for smoking in a smoking room! The light switch for the bathroom shuts off after 2 minutes so good luck taking a shower. Same with the faucet, it also has a timer. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere where they don't rip you off!!!!!

If u smoke in a non smoking room u have a penalty of 150.00Yes we do have smoking rooms.Now bathroom light with exhaust has a timer from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. U desire how long u want to take.Save water and so we have it on sensor. Please do us a favor of deleting a review like this.

It was good enough for what I needed. Their AC units were so good that my room started cooling down immediately after I turned it on. Well kept place too

There were flies in the room and I could smell cigarettes smoke.

Well it is a non smoking room for sure. And when the previous guest checkout we have to clean the room and we do treat it if we find smoke smell. Now std non smoking room is for smokers who can smoke outside. But Deluxe rooms is for non smokers only. So next time do take a Deluxe room.

I was on a trip. I'm sure I booked a "non-smoking" room, however I had a room that smelled like cigarettes, the entire environment and even the sheets on the bed. It was terrible. PAID TOO MUCH FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE. Estaba de viaje por un dia, estoy segura que reserve habitacion "no fumadores", sin embargo la habitacion que me asignaron apestaba a cigarro, parecia un bar de mala muerte, apestaban hasta las sabanas. Terrible. PAGUE UN PRECIO EXCESIVO PARA TAN MAL SERVICIO.

Please do check at your end your reservation was for smoking room. So u make a mistake in booking a room and say TERRIBLE. Not fair.OK what other service u want if you have paid for a room. Do let us know so we can look into it and start planing.My friend I get 67.19 that includes utility( water light, gas), TV, phone, and maintenance and frontdesk, insurance, property tax, laundry, etc..

I had paid for 2 nights but unfortunately there was a tornado that occurred which causer a power outage so I had to check out early and wouldn’t be able to stay the 2nd night. I asked them if I could get a refund for the night I wouldn’t be staying and they said yes and wrote it down on their book. They gave me their business card to contact them about the refund. 1 week later I had reached out by calling them and emailing them. Their phone line isn’t even connected and they didn’t reply back to my email. I assumed they would refund it as soon as they got their power back but they never did and now I just have to suffer the loss. Please do better

I just got internet on my property. Need to set up the credit card machine. Now as all the details are lost because of the computer failure. And get a new computer. I have to set it first. Then in the mean while if u give me u name and other details I shall take care of u.

The water in the sink had to be turned on by pushing button. It only stayed on for a brief second and went back off
