The check in was excellent. Bianca was very friendly and fast. The lobby and the surrounding area was clean and free of trash. The coffee area was clean and well ki. Grind as you brew coffee was fresh and flavorful. Our room was sparkling clean. Every thing was working well. The bathroom was clean and stocked well with soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet rolls. The stove and microwave were functioning perfectly. The furniture was in good maintenance.

The room was fifty and dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The reclining chair was dirty. I was completely dissatisfied with the room so I refused to stay in the room. I left and had to find another hotel. I would appreciate not being charged for the room and or a receiving a refund for Saturday, November 9, 2024..

The beds were good. I like that there were no carpet on the floor but vinyl flooring. Felt cleaner. The bathroom was quite old and not so great but clean enough. There were glass marks on the night table. Otherwise fine...

Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount is conveniently located, quiet and clean. The full-size refrigerator is a big plus. Beds were very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep on our long journey. Parking was easy and plentiful, and a lot of dining options were a short distance away. The hotel was pet friendly for our small dog too. This is our hotel of choice on our northbound drives to NJ from Florida. The only problem was a minor issue with the room door on our room 104. We were able to correct the issue with the help of the front desk staff.

Had a difficult time checking in as the hotel tried to charge me for my stay when i already paid through expedia. checkin process was not good and neither was the checkout process. had my pet with me and i was given the 25.00 pet code. when i checked out i was told if i want the 25.00 pet fee moving forward i have to purchase a pet plan. that my next stay will be 50.00 or 75.00 pet fee. My room was clean but the checkin checkout process was awful. i don't think i would recommend becuase of how i was treated by staff and how they kept trying to charge my card even though i already paid. i plan on staying at the country inn moving since they have a no hassle 25.00 pet fee and they offer breakfast moving forward. this hotel does not offer breakfast like most hotels do and the washing machines 2 out of 3 were broke

Great staff. Went out of their way to meet and great. But the property needs a facelift. And the cleaning staff needs to be pushed.
