Everything was great except for when I caught Expedia in a lie. When I booked my room they said they only had one or two rooms left. Well I’m here and half of the hotel is empty. Plus Expedia over charged me for one night $400 to stay at a Hilton garden inn. Expedia needs to make this right and make me one heck of a compensation or I’m going to delete my account and book through one of your competitors. Look at my travel history with Expedia. Do you want to lose me as a customer?

I requested a quiet room, and they put me in one facing the noisy HVAC outside and right next to the ice maker. No towels and no soap. Room wasn't clean. I tried twice to address the issues and staff did nothing to resolve it and didn't seem to care. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told no manager available.

Great location, very clean, good breakfast and bar. Close to shopping and lots of great restaurants. Easy self-parking on site.
