The hotel was just gorgeous! We had a room on the second floor and it was on the bay! Absolutely stunning view of the Sunrise and dolphins swimming. We had wonderful happy hour food and the breakfast in the morning was a so yummy! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The staff was super welcoming and the room was super nice.

Everything was great with our stay until the first night! Music from the local bar played until 2am! Thank goodness the hotel gave us a fan to drown out the music! Great stay after that! It’s a beautiful property right in the water!

The beds were awful. The Air conditioner was so loud and rattled we almost went home. The front desk was reluctant to help us and switch our room. After a small confrontation we got another room with a slightly more quiet AC. We got very little sleep.
The restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. So was the evening front desk person, but not the maid who had to clean our room when we switched, or the daytime front desk person. I had to be firm and persistent with before front desk helped us. She showed no concern for the comfort of the guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. The people were fantastic. The included breakfast was quite good every morning. The walls are a bit thin so you'll hear those kids next door. We were able to sit out on the dock and watch the dolphins.
Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The family used to come here when I was just a kid and it was such a nice clean place. We had always loved staying here so we decided we would take a trip back for old times sake. It was not what it used to be. There were cockroaches all over the place and even in the dining hall. The rooms were not very clean, especially the bathrooms. Everything seemed to be falling apart and poorly kept up with. We called up to the front desk for some extra towels as we were trying to get our little ones bathed and ready for bed and they did not have to staff available to bring any up so we had to go down and get them. This is no big deal but for the price we paid for this room I was very disappointed in the staff, cleanliness and food.

It was well kept. Wish the restaurant opened up early in the day.
