The property was under construction. No elevator. Had a view of construction equipment. Extremely limited services. Expedia gave no forewarning that the original hotel we'd booked had split into 2. Nor did Expedia give any forewarning that we were being moved into the under construction hotel rather than what we had originally booked.

The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night. The staff did an excellent T job even though they were short staffed. Will stay there again when the renovations are completed.

I booked this room for my daughter and son-in-law as a place to stay during a brief family visit. They were appalled by the condition of the hotel, from the entry to the room. The hotel room was not at all like the picture on the booking site. It was messy and even had litter on the floor, as if it had not been cleaned after the last guest. Because they felt uncomfortable, my family members left before and we were all put in an urgent situation of trying to find another place of lodging in a busy, coastal town. Not at all ideal. Please avoid making reservations at this establishment.

Good location, everything else was bad. No one at the front desk (repeatedly), elevator not in service, “lobby” and hallways were gross. Yuck.

I am sorry that you didn't have a good experience here. We are working hard at finishing the renovations. The hallways are cleaned daily. The carpet is brand new. Our elevator was broken during construction and the new system is currently on order. Again, I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. We didn’t stay. Entire property was under renovation

CAUTION Undergoing reburshment. Check your room before signing in. Our room had just been finished so it was OK but missing phone, hair drier, etc. There may be a person at the desk or not. It looks like they are setting up for a kiosk check-in which, in my experience, really sucks and you should choose another place to stay. The room seemed small with very few available outlets.

Hi David. You booked a standard 2 queen room. We actually upgraded you to a 2 queen balcony at no charge. We are not putting phones in the rooms as most people have a cell phone and don't use them. Hair Dryers are available at the desk upon request. The kiosk is not here to replace us. It will be set up to assist guests during the overnight hours. I do appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve. We will definitely take another look at the room and see if there is a way to create more space. Thank you.
