There isn't a lobby. They make you stand in the cold at check in talking through a window. Rooms are old, dank, and shabby. Shower and toilet are stained with cigarette burns. Walls are thin, and customers are loud

I was given a room that was already occupied, then a room the toilet was broken, and then a room the door wouldn't lock.

That bed needs to be in the garbage I didn’t sleep all night bed is terrible it’s been garbage for a long time . And I got another night to stay there if they don’t give me another room I’m not staying and I will try taking this to court. I just stayed in Ballys at Dover downs same price but with tons of free stuff
