Abysmal
Posted 25 Jul 2024 on HotelsOur room ranked among the worst we have encountered in many years of road travel. It was well past its use-by date, to say the least. We might have accepted that had it not also been dirty, poorly furnished and uncomfortable.

Try finding a plug. I like my phone by my bed and I had to plug it in, in the kitchen area.

I trusted Hotels.com and made a reservation through your platform, but I am very disappointed that you cannot resolve the issue. I'll say it again, because I didn't get the room promised by Hotels.com and the motel, so they gave me a room that couldn't sleep for all of us, and they didn't replace it and didn't cancel the double payment, so aren't they scamming customers? I know you are a global brand, but it is difficult to understand how you handle things this way. If so, I will try to find a solution, whether legal or otherwise. This is an obvious fraud. I made a payment through your platform, and then made another payment on site.
