Old bars of soap all over the shower, room was not vacuumed, dirt and burn holes on the bedding and ac unit had terrible smell. Fridge wasnt working and had a horrible smell. Beds are hard as heck. The rooms are definitely not well sound proofed at all. You can hear everything in the hallway and upstairs. Then the morning of check out they called the room at exactly 10 to see when we were leaving and when we didnt answer they came knocking. Working for another hotel this seems very unprofessional and like a dirty place to me. I would never recommend staying here.

Lobby and up the steps had an awful smell.
Room was clean, check in was easy. Staff seemed friendly.
Bed and pillows... lots of room for improvement, matress was like a board , pillows well they need help . A/C needs help you would sweat til it kicked on then you would freeze.
You get what you pay for, ee just needed a place to sleep and shower so was ok.

All rooms are suppose to be non smoking yet at check in the whole lobby and up the steps to our room was strong odor of marijuana. Room was not cleaned took pictures and video of the light switch filthy to bathroom having last person hair in tub and rings of soap on ledge and missing electric cover in the bed area. If the room is going to be available for reservations then it needs to be cleaned as Covid is real and this rooms filth and the hotel it self shows lack of care and more so that the hotel management has not taken heed of the basic CDC guidelines. Then as we had left have my bank account be debt twice for one night. If there were other hotel available we would have changed hotels. Due to the Hard Rock Casino grand opening all hotels were full or the price for a room was way out of our budget $160 for a night. Watched 2 drug deals happen in the parking lot. People in and out all night loud and slamming doors not to mention the cars in parking lot engines being revved up at 2am.
