It was a good stay but the bathroom was dirty and the towels would have hair on them but other than that, great space, nice room.

The use of a video kiosks and the person on the other side was extremely difficult to understand and she was very rude.

Remote check in could not under stand person talking to me all ice machines broken elevator out of order just a horrible place

This property should be shut down immediately!!! My sink fell in out of no where and you can tell it was just glued on, there elevator was out of order due to it being completely no working staff so you have to take the stairs which are a lot and I’m handicapped and have asthma and I had to use my inhaler, check in also took a hour because your speaking to someone threw a computer machine via video chat and they laugh at your frustrations extremely unprofessional and can’t really understand English that well, the show was also broken water wouldn’t even go down, and absolutely no Wi-Fi or phone signal is available, this was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I’ll never do it again the pictures are just a illusion, this is a terrible hotel and they put their guest in horrible situations and don’t even care.

Horrible stay!

It was horrible trying to understand the girl on the kiosk machine. The hotel was like a maze trying to figure out where the room was located. I do not recommend this hotel
