Worker charged a deposit then refused to check me in than called the police claiming expedia owed her money. The police and everyone else involved found the situation ridiculous. Never got a refund for the deposit. she refused to refund expedia so expedia refunded me out of their pocket. Wasted everyones time. Workers name is Lia

We are sorry that your experience did not match your expectations. We do have to have standard hotel policies(such as paying for the room before you stay and not allowing 4 dogs in a room), I know those were not what you wanted, but I assure you they are standard in the hotel industry 2024.
