Building looks rundown/old, all entrances are accessible without a keycard (no locks), walls inside hotel room were all dirty, some of the towels were stained, one of the bedsheets had a cigarette burn on it, the blankets had hair on them, exhaust in the bathroom was not working, only one tiny garbage can for the entire room, barely any power outlets and were all in inconvenient places. Motel across the street is VERY rundown and looks like a crack house. Gate to the parking lot is always open, etc

Room and bathroom walls and floor dirty . Shower not hot . Dirty towels . Poor value for money .

First thing we noticed as we were checking in was cops at the entrance looking for someone in this hotel. The area is extremely sketchy and unsafe.
When we were heading in, the hallway smelled like cigarettes and were extremely dirty. The rooms looked like someone used our bed and left it as is.
I had someone with severe asthma with us and they got extremely affected from this cigarette smell.
We told the front desk person about it and we told him we couldn’t stay here and if there was a possible way to get a refund since we would hate to go to the emergency room that night. He told us to that we can change rooms (we had to tell him MULTIPLE times about this person having asthma and he still kept going) or call Expedia to get a refund.
When i called the guy on the phone told me he would call them first to confirm a refund.
As soon as i told the guy at the front desk this, He proceeded to say the office was closed and couldn’t receive any calls so we had to wait until tomorrow. Which should’ve been something he should’ve MENTIONED before having me call.
He got an extremely bad attitude with us and since this took so long we ended up having to go to the emergency room.
They refused to even give us all the money back and only got not even half.
DONT. STAY. HERE.

Staff was nice and friendly room was great looks like they are still renovating the facility the outside doesn’t look so great but my wife and I enjoyed the stay and loved the room
