I like everything except it's a issues the internet for my phone is not let me make phone call I have to go out and make a phone call

We stayed 1 night and checked in late. Was convenient for us as we were going to Snows bbq next morning. Nice staff, quiet and clean rooms we would stay again!

Staff was friendly and polite tried everything she could to help make my stay comfortable . Was not given no kind of discount because they didn’t have cable. I booked my stay on Thursday the 26th they said cable was out since Friday. Checked in Saturday no 48 hr advance notice to cancel.. I went to another hotel way much better and I had cell phone service. I didn’t like that I was not offered nothing. Past experiences even if I booked through an app I was given a free stay or a discount for my next stay… now that I have experience a better option I will book with them.

My third party reservation wasn’t available and instead of what I paid for I was offered a lower valued room without being compensated the difference.
