As a heart patient, stairs are not an option for me. Hotel was full, so i had to leave. No other accomodations in town. Me and my defibrillator left sadly.

Hi Suzanne, We are so sorry to hear that you weren't able to use the elevator. As we know, this isn't ideal for everyone. The elevator did stop working on a Saturday and the technician is unable to get there until weekdays, as we aren't able to fix it ourselves. This is why there are stairs in place on both the North and South of the buildings for emergencies such as this. We are sorry that we were 100% full and unable to get you on the first floor. We are very sorry you had to go, and hope this doesn't reflect our hotel as a whole.

Wonderful place. The close area of the pool needs some grit or anti -slip texture put close to it. I watched at least 6 different falls and they were not due to running. Only complaint I have. Couple spots in bathroom need retextured or painted. Other wise fantastic. Continental breakfast was supurb!!!

We stayed close to family in rock Valley. There are only two hotel options in this town. The other is much older, lacking amenities. Grandstay is always super nice, clean, great amenities. It is quite pricey, though! Double the cost of the other hotel.
