My rooms tub and the door was the only problem I had the tub wouldn't drain right and the door wouldn't shut all the way

1star because reviews won’t allow a negative review for a very unprofessional, classless, unhinged, front desk/head maid/property manager lady. I can’t believe that this is the best you can offer Quality Inn. Thought you were a better establishment than this.
Booked a pet friendly room for 2 nights. Left for breakfast when returning we were met by who I thought was the cleaning staff. It was after 11:00 and this unprofessional, classless lady proceeded to inform us that we needed to get everything packed up and moved out before she had the sheriff come and do it for us. Then she explained that it was passed check out time and she was minutes away from having our dog sent to the pound. I tried to explain that we had paid for 2 nights and put a non refundable pet deposit down for the 2 nights. At this point miss congeniality doubled down on her authority and called me a F-ing liar. I pulled out my phone and tried to show her the itinerary receipt but she wouldn’t even entertain looking at it. When I asked if I could speak with the manager I was informed that she is the manager! So I asked to speak with her supervisor. At this point I was shocked. I was informed that the only people above her was the corporate office and God. When I asked for the phone number for the corporate office she informed me that I could F-ing look it up myself. Wow! I have never been treated this way by any representative of ANY company let alone the Property Manager.

This room was booked and paid for for 1 night. We called you several times and even tried to text you. Your daughter finally came to the hotel around 2:30 and that is when you called back. The 2 big dogs had been left alone in the room that entire time. I actually left you a voicemail and text but did not speak to you in person or over the phone as you did not answer either one. We are sorry for the misunderstanding about the amount of nights, but we were only paid for 1 night and that is all the reservation showed on our end.

This inn like what you pay and what you got ,I only want a place to sleep one night without any trouble.

Not horrible but defy not great - the carpet was damp and the pillows we freakishly small bed was definitely in need of replacing. Only stayed for 6 hours .
