Staff was nice. Bed is fair. Parking very small parking slots and only dirt area if pulling trailer.

I am sorry for any inconvenience you may have encountered. I see you were a No Show for your reservation. If you would like to call to discuss an issue with me, I am out of town. You may call me on Monday, September 16 at the hotel if you need to. However, we are not allowed to cancel or alter any 3rd party reservation. Thank you.

Pleasant hotel. Didn't realize they didn't have breakfast provided. My husband had stayed at a My Place in Omaha and they provided breakfast so we were surprised.

Thank you for your review. To my knowledge, no My Place hotel has a continental breakfast. We have a Breakfast in Bed option, but there is a charge for it unless it is part of your stay for an event, etc. Please do come back to visit us again in the future.
