Rate is indicative of expierence. Staff was great and check-in was smooth and quick. Both exterior doors entering the property on the East side were unlocked (it was 10pm). On hotel property in front of the laundry facility there was an unhoused person surrounded by empty alcohol containers mumbling to himself. Room door was not fully closed when we got to the room for the first time.

A/C broke down 2nd day. I didn’t want to repack and change rooms so I opted for 2 box fans. Since I wasn’t facing west the room wasn't hot. The hot water in the shower took along to get hot like minutes. I did like the adjustable shower head for different heights.
