For a Super 8 property, the property was one of the nicest I have ever seen and because they are typically lower end facilities I rarely ever stay at a Super 8 anymore. The property was located just ten minutes from the job and was right on the travel route. The reservation i had was incorrect so i called the hotel to add one daybon the front end, 9/18 and extend it by five days to 10/23. When i arrived, i was told i had to authorize the entire reservation in advance which i could not do so the staff made six reservations one week at a time. Which was satisfactory. At the end of the first week, the called me on the job and told me i had to leave. That the room was reserved for an incomming guest and that i had to leave. I explained that i had a reservation for the next thirty days but they insisted i did not and that i had to leave. They wanted me to leave work and remove myself from the property. Finally, Simone say that I was the incoming guest and apoligized. The next week they raised my rate and repeated the same fiasco. I was able to get them to honor the initial rate but the following week, when i went to pay my bill, i asked for a copy of my folio. the desk clerk was abusive, yelling at me that she could not do that and for me to simply swipe my card. Her co-worker was shocked, as the clerk dropped "F-bombs" and said she quit and stormed out. we are a top tier facility and all of our guests love it here and return time after time. we are in the top 10% of our brand in customer satisfaction and our guest satisfactory scores are amazing almost unheard of were sorry you had such a rough time being kind to the employees but we did the best we could with such difficult positions you put us in you also left an unpaid balance witch you refuse to pay so we have had to take further action on that as well

I was in town for a civil war reenactment in charming Brownville, NB. The place has been updated - nice carpet and great rooms. However, there are some "things" that need attention. There was no trash pickup during my 2 nite stay, so by Sun am, there was a smelly mess in the hallway; everyone put their trash in the hall. A clerk from the front desk came thru with a load of towels but left the trash cans in the halls. Breakfast was depressing - old fruit, no hot water or tea, spoons so small it was hard to eat the cereal. For rooms that were over $110 a night, I expected much more. It was convenient to my event so I will return, but will bring more supplies.

hello for your future stays this hotel does house keeping on demand the guests that set their small trash bag in the hall are long term stayovers they work night shifts so we do it this way so we don't have to bother them when they are sleeping we pick them up as soon as we see it. as for the breakfast we put out tons of items but we do not cook breakfast for guests we just don't have that availability here but our amazing neighboring truck stop Trails End offers hot food options if that's more to your liking we also have hot water the red spigot on the coffee pot is hot water maybe you didn't see it we hope to see you again please please come to the front desk with any issues and we will do our best every time to make your stay better

Overall experience was good. Down side was a higher rate for a second night in the same room.
